Those of us who lead consistently active lifestyles may often take the ability to be active for granted. Today, think about all of the activities and exercises that you are able to do in your daily life. Think about all of the walking, running, swimming, resistance training, mountain climbing, rock climbing, sprinting, and whatever else you may do, and bask in thoughts of gratitude at how wondrous it is to be able to do these things relatively easily. I challenge you to not take anything for granted today. Be grateful, and live grateful; continually bask your mind, body, spirit, and soul in thoughts and feelings of gratitude.
