There are those “freaks” who ABSOLUTELY LOVE to workout all the time, and ALWAYS feel like working out, but most of us aren’t like that. Most of us have to push ourselves every now and then to get off our asses and put the work in to look great, feel great, and be great.
People who look perfect either have perfect genetics (rare) or perfect plastic (common).
Most people don’t have the genetic makeup to have a perfect body without putting in an ounce of work, which means if you want to live in the body you aspire to have, you will need to commit to consistency.
Change your habits = Change your life
If you want to change your body, you’re going to have to change your habits, mentality, and work ethic. Being sexy, in shape, and healthy isn’t just a physical thing, it’s also a mental and emotional thing. You will want to quit, you will get into your feelings, you will want to stuff your face, you will have the worst cravings at times, and you will go through it.
