Documentation

To witness how far you go, and how far you have come, take time throughout your fitness and health journey to document your: thoughts, feelings, body, and responses (physical, mental, emotional, etc.). It is difficult to understand what has improved, versus what may need to change, if you are not thoroughly documenting the entire process. It may seem tedious and a chore at first, but overtime, you will cultivate a genuine appreciation and a more ardent focus about your journey because you will be able to witness how your body changes with time. If you are far along in your journey, and have not documented anything up until this point, this is OK; start today. Document a journey worth remembering, and notice how it positively affects the process.
