These are only some of the medicinal uses of ginger; there are numerous other natural benefits and uses for this powerful root as well. To intake a more concentrated dosage of ginger, take ginger in tablet form (without any additives) with one full glass of water. You can also utilize ginger in tea form; I LOVE the taste of ginger tea, and the warm soothing effect it will have on your body when you drink it is worth every sip. For an energy and vitality boost: Take one cup of ginger tea in the morning.
For a digestive boost: Take ginger tea right after each meal you eat –especially your first and last meals of the day.
