A Simple Thing That Many People Don’t Do
One of the easiest ways you can prevent many healthcare issues is to simply go to your regular appointments with doctors each year, which include the following:
1. Dental Cleaning (2x’s per year)
2. Annual Physical (1x per year)
3. Eye appointment (1x per year)
These are the very basics. At least at these appointments you can get many things checked out — not everything, but most things.
Having these appointments give you the opportunity to also tell your fellow doctor what doesn’t feel right, taste right, move right, etc. From there you can go to other specialist who can help get you to the place of health you need to be.
