We work, we play, we eat, we fellowship, we give, and so many of us do everything else. Sometimes though, you need to retreat from daily life, and simply rest. Many people explode, have breakdowns, experience panic attacks, get sick, and get depressed because they never take a break to recover from the regularities that life and responsibilities expect us to execute day in and day out. You’re the only one who can take time out for you; no one else can do this for you. When you are ready, and when you feel like you are getting deluged with daily life: retreat.
