Veggies Are NO FUN
Tips to Get In More Veggies
I am well-aware that veggies are GOOD for me, but it’s still can be difficult to get them in because I do NOT always feel like eating them :(
So, what can I do? Let’s talk some tips here below that I have tried myself:
1. Throw in a ton of spinach in my morning and evening protein shakes (my protein shake is plant based, which helps get in some extra veggies)
2. Take a multivitamin that has vegetables added
3. Eat veggies in powder form
4. Eat 1 serving of veggies with each meal I eat in a given day
5. Eat 1 serving of veggies with each snack I eat in a given day
