Somehow our bodies are made up almost entirely of water; so imagine how your body feels after a long day of work + workouts + everything else: exhausted. Your body needs water to replenish, revitalize, and restore itself, but most of us go hours upon hours without it. If you are feeling lethargic, hungry, grumpy, or stressed, try drinking one or more glasses (or bottle) of water, but more importantly, consistently integrate water throughout your day. If you are not as active, you need to drink about half your weight or more in ounces worth of water (e.g. 100 lbs = 50 oz.+ of water). If you are active or on competition prep, you’re looking at needing probably a gallon (or more) of water a day; how are you measuring up?
